Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy is issued by Foundry App Studio ("we," "us," or "our"). It governs all mobile games, mobile applications, web platforms, and associated cloud services published and operated under the Foundry App Studio umbrella.
1. Scope & Covered Products
This policy applies globally to all applications and digital experiences developed and released by Foundry App Studio on the Google Play Store, Apple App Store, and the web. Whether you play our games or utilize our productivity utilities, our commitment to player sovereignty, data minimization, and privacy-first architecture remains constant.
2. Categories of Information We Process
We believe software should collect only what is strictly necessary to deliver high-performance user experiences:
- Authentication & Identity: When you connect via Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication, we process basic account identifiers (such as display names, user IDs, and emails) strictly to persist your cloud saves and prevent score loss across devices.
- Telemetry & Diagnostics: We collect anonymized crash telemetry (via Firebase Crashlytics) and aggregate performance metrics (via Firebase Analytics) to identify frame drops, device incompatibilities, and system exceptions.
- Advertising Network Data: For free-to-play games utilizing advertising (such as Google AdMob), third-party ad networks may process device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID / GAID) to serve relevant, non-intrusive ads and measure campaign fraud.
🛡️ Zero Third-Party Data Brokering
Foundry App Studio operates with a strict zero-data-sale policy. We never sell, rent, lease, or monetize your personal identity, telemetry, or game progress to external data brokers or advertisers.
3. How We Use Collected Data
All data processed by our applications serves precise, legitimate operational goals:
- Persisting and synchronizing high scores, unlockable assets, virtual currency, and progress across installs.
- Monitoring real-time stability, ensuring high frame rates (60+ FPS), and isolating runtime bugs.
- Serving rewarded video advertisements that players voluntarily opt to view for in-game perks.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
Our applications rely on industry-standard infrastructure providers that adhere to rigorous global compliance standards:
- Google Play Services (Platform runtime and identity)
- Google AdMob (Advertising network and rewarded media)
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Analytics, Crashlytics)
- Cloudflare (Global edge routing and CDN security)
5. Application-Specific Schedules
Certain applications maintain specific operational requirements detailed below:
Schedule A: Flappy Flight (Mobile Arcade Game)
Package ID: com.foundry.flappy_clone
- Data Collected: Basic Google Sign-In credentials for cloud sync, anonymized telemetry for 60 FPS physics tuning, and AdMob rewarded video ad metrics.
- Dedicated Privacy Disclosure: Players can also inspect the dedicated Flappy Flight Privacy Statement.
- In-App Deletion: Direct in-game account purge via Settings → Profile → Delete Account.
Schedule B: Future Studio Releases
All forthcoming games and software created by Foundry App Studio automatically inherit the data protections, encryption standards, and deletion rights defined in this Master Policy.
6. Universal Account & Data Deletion
We respect your absolute right to erasure. Players and users can permanently remove their data through either of two paths:
- Direct In-App Deletion: In supported games (including Flappy Flight), open the user profile inside settings and tap DELETE ACCOUNT. Your Cloud Firestore player document and high-score records will be immediately and irrevocably expunged.
- Web & Email Purge Request: If an app has already been uninstalled, email privacy@foundryappstudio.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" detailing your Google Account email or Player Callsign. All records will be wiped from our systems within 30 days.
7. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our applications are designed for general audiences (ages 13 and up) and do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has submitted personal information to our services, please contact privacy@foundryappstudio.com, and we will purge the associated data within 48 hours.
8. International Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA)
Users in the European Union (GDPR), United Kingdom (UK GDPR), and California (CCPA/CPRA) possess statutory rights regarding their information:
- Right to Access & Portability: You may request a copy of the cloud data associated with your account.
- Right to Erasure: You may demand full deletion of your profile and data records.
- Right to Opt-Out: Because we never sell personal data, we do not require a separate "Do Not Sell My Info" opt-out form.
9. Data Security & Encryption
All data exchanged between client applications and our cloud infrastructure is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.3 protocols. Databases are secured behind granular, authenticated Firestore Security Rules adhering to the principle of least privilege.
