Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all mobile games, web applications, and services developed, operated, or distributed by Foundry App Studio ("we," "our," or "the Studio"). By downloading, installing, or interacting with our apps, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License & Permitted Use

Foundry App Studio grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and execute our applications on personal devices for your personal, non-commercial entertainment and operational use. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract source code from compiled binaries without our prior express written permission.

2. In-App Monetization & Rewarded Media

Our games and applications may offer in-app rewarded video ads or optional digital enhancements. Ad media is delivered via trusted advertising partners (such as Google AdMob). All virtual items, coins, skins, or achievements are virtual assets without real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

All software architectures, graphics, sprites, audio tracks, trademarked names, game mechanics, and source code are the exclusive intellectual property of Foundry App Studio. Unauthorized reproduction, rebranding, or distribution of game assets is strictly prohibited under international copyright laws.

4. Cloud Accounts & Anti-Exploit Enforcement

We maintain an authentic, competitive gaming environment. Foundry App Studio reserves the right to suspend, reset, or permanently terminate cloud accounts or leaderboard submissions if an account is found to be utilizing automated bots, memory-injection hacks, packet manipulation, or unauthorized gameplay exploits.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our applications and online services are provided on an "AS-IS" and "AS-AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. While we engineer for maximum reliability and 60 FPS performance, we do not warrant that gameplay will be uninterrupted or error-free under all conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Foundry App Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to access our games or online features.

7. Governing Modifications

We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms at our discretion. Significant modifications will be published directly on this portal. Continued use of our apps following the publication of changes indicates your binding acceptance.
